Team Leader for Bar and Logistics

We are looking for motivated and experienced team leaders for the bar and logistics areas for our exclusive club at Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin.

Team Leader Bar:
•⁠ Responsibility for the smooth operation of the bar
•⁠ Leading and motivating bar staff
•⁠ Planning and executing events and special promotions
•⁠ Ensuring top-notch customer service
•⁠ Staff scheduling

Team Leader Logistics:
•⁠ Organization and coordination of deliveries
•⁠ Warehouse management and inventory control
•⁠ Planning and conducting inventories
•⁠ Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations
•⁠ Leading and training the logistics team

Requirements:
•⁠ Experience in the hospitality or event industry
•⁠ Leadership experience is an advantage
•⁠ Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork
•⁠ Good German and English skills
•⁠ High service orientation and strong communication skills
